Anesthesia Free Dentals
Starting January 2012, we are proud to be offering a monthly Anesthesia Free Dental Day.
During an Anesthesia-Free  Dental, you pet will lie down in the arms of our dog dental hygienist and have his or her teeth scaled, then polished. This procedure is appropriate for pets with mild to moderate dental tartar; any pet with more advanced disease will need to be put under anesthesia so that teeth can be extracted if need be. While dogs are the easiest pets to hand-scale, some younger, mellow cats  will tolerate the procedure as well. If pets need antibiotics, they can receive them at the time of the dental, and of course we can take care of small jobs like toe nail trims or anal sac expression should your pet need that as well.
